Nick leads investments in SaaS, infrastructure, and AI at NewView Capital, including the firm's investments in CloudWalk, Clumio, FloQast, Hightouch, Huntress, Island, Prepared, Sigma, Stord, Verkada, Wellhub, and Workato.

Before joining NVC, Nick worked with technology companies on mergers and acquisitions at Qatalyst Partners. His transaction experience includes Hortonwork’s $5.2B merger with Cloudera, Sony Interactive Entertainment’s acquisition of Insomniac Games, Commvault’s acquisition of Hedvig, and Broadcom’s $117B bid for Qualcomm.

Nick graduated summa cum laude from the University of San Diego, where he received a BBA in Finance with a minor in Accountancy. An Oregon native, Nick loves the outdoors and the Portland Trail Blazers. Some of his favorite activities include skiing, yoga, and wakesurfing.
